REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kay Co Aroma Luxe Living purchase:

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for unused and unopened products. If your wax melt crumbles arrive damaged, please contact us with photos, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of our products, used wax melt crumbles cannot be returned.
